Here at Tweed View B&B we are looking forward to welcoming guests back to the beautiful Tweed Valley. The number of covid-19 cases in this area has been incredibly low. However, we want to reassure you by letting you know about a few procedures we have put in place in order to keep us all safe from covid-19.For the time being, we have decided only to let one room at a time (although families or groups can let both rooms). Mattresses and soft furnishings will be steam cleaned on changeover. Items such as cushions, throws, magazines, information booklets etc have been removed from rooms but if you wish to look at information folders, please let me know. Touch points such as bannisters, door handles etc will be cleaned constantly and room keys will be disinfected on changeover. Because of the extra precautions we need to take to protect our guests and ourselves, there will be no room tidies during short stays but just let us know if you require anything replaced or topped up and we will leave in a box outside your room. We are unable to accept cash at this time so payment is by card or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, this should be done before you arrive.Breakfast will be ordered the night before and served in the dining room.
